Smile Makers of Pocatello is conveniently located in Pocatello, ID. We are here to serve you during the following hours:

Monday:8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Tuesday – Thursday:7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday:8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.

Payment Options

Charges are payable at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Patient financing is available through Capital One and CareCredit. Prior arrangements must be made to take advantage of our in-house financing, 90 days – same as cash.

Insurance

We follow a program that simplifies the preparation of insurance claim forms and thereby holds down the office costs, which are related to the delivery of good dental care.

Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company at the time of service.

We know questions can arise on insurance matters. We encourage you to discuss such questions with our business office staff. We will be happy to help you receive the maximum benefits; however, the agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you, the insurance company and your employer.
